Our Velvet Crimson Cheesecake is love at first bite. A silky, crimson-hued cheesecake with the classic red velvet flavor we all know and adore. Finished with elegant edible roses and a touch of rose gold, it’s the perfect dessert to share (or keep all to yourself) this Valentine’s Day.

Ingredients

Cream cheese, eggs, sugar, graham crackers, butter, flour, 55% dark Chocolate, whipping cream, vinegar, red food colouring, roses, rose gold.

Serving Instructions: 

Servings: 9-16 slices 

Best served chilled. 

For a creamier texture: Keep in the fridge and let it sit for 10 minutes before serving. 

For a firmer bite: Serve straight from the fridge without waiting. 

Do not reheat.


Shelf Life and Cake Care: 

Store in the fridge for up to 7 days.

For longer storage, freeze for up to 2 weeks. 

Pro Tip: For cleaner slices, use a heated knife. Run the knife under hot water or use a kitchen torch to slightly warm the blade before slicing.
