1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing QuesoCakes.com or placing an order with Queso Bakehouse, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services

2. Products and Services

Queso Bakehouse provides custom and standard cake ordering services through quesocakes.com. All product descriptions, images, and specifications are approximate and may vary slightly from the final product due to the handmade nature of our items.

3. Ordering and Payment

  • All orders must be confirmed by Queso Bakehouse before processing

  • Payment is required at time of order confirmation

  • Prices are subject to change without notice

  • Custom orders require advance notice as specified on our website

4. Delivery and Pickup / Transfer of Responsibility

IMPORTANT: Once your cake leaves our premises through delivery or pickup, Queso Bakehouse assumes NO responsibility for any damage, spoilage, melting, deterioration, or any other issues that may occur. Customer assumes full responsibility for proper handling, storage, transport, and care of the product after receipt.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Temperature-related damage or melting

  • Physical damage during transport

  • Spoilage due to improper storage

  • Any incidents occurring during or after delivery/pickup

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

NO CANCELLATIONS: Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled due to the perishable nature of our products and preparation requirements.

Rescheduling: Orders may be rescheduled to a later delivery/pickup date subject to availability and at the sole discretion of Queso Bakehouse. Rescheduling requests must be made with reasonable advance notice.

No Refunds: Due to our no-cancellation policy and the custom nature of our products, refunds will not be provided once an order is confirmed.

6. Food Safety and Allergies

  • Customers must inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions at time of ordering

  • Our facility may process nuts, dairy, eggs, and other common allergens

  • Customers are responsible for communicating their dietary needs clearly

  • Queso Bakehouse is not liable for allergic reactions or dietary issues not disclosed at time of ordering

7. Dispute Resolution and Final Authority

Queso Bakehouse reserves the right to make final determinations regarding all disputes, disagreements, or claims related to our products or services. In cases where circumstances are beyond our reasonable control (such as post-delivery/pickup incidents), our determination shall be considered final.

Any disputes will be resolved according to these terms and conditions as they appear on our website at the time of your order.

8. Limitation of Liability

Queso Bakehouse's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not responsible for:

  • Consequential or incidental damages

  • Issues arising after product transfer (delivery/pickup)

  • Third-party actions or circumstances beyond our control

  • Events, weather, or situations affecting product quality post-delivery

9. Legal Enforcement

These terms and conditions constitute a binding legal agreement. In the event of any legal proceedings, Queso Bakehouse reserves the right to present these terms as they appeared on our website at the time of order, including any updates or modifications made and posted to quesocakes.com.

All cake designs, recipes, images, and content on quesocakes.com are the property of Queso Bakehouse. Customers may not reproduce, distribute, or use our proprietary designs or content without written permission.
