Queso Bakehouse Giveaway Terms and Conditions

By participating in the Queso Bakehouse Giveaway (the "Giveaway"), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before entering.

1. Eligibility

  • The Giveaway is open to legal residents of Hong Kong who are aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.

  • Participants must have a valid Instagram account and must follow @QuesoHK on Instagram to enter.

  • Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of Queso Bakehouse and its associated companies are not eligible to participate.

2. How to Enter

  • To enter, participants must:

    1. Follow @QuesoHK on Instagram.

    2. Like the Giveaway post.

    3. Tag friends in the comment section. Each tagged friend in a separate comment counts as one entry.

  • Unlimited entries are allowed, but each tag must be unique. Duplicate or spam entries will be disqualified.

3. Giveaway Period

  • The Giveaway begins on 18/08/25 at 11:45 am HKT and ends on 25/08/25 at 11:59pm HKT.

  • Entries received outside the Giveaway period will not be considered.

 

4. Prizes

  • 1st Prize: $1500 Queso Bakehouse coupon.

  • 2nd Prize: $1000 Queso Bakehouse coupon.

  • 3rd Prize: $500 Queso Bakehouse coupon.

  • Coupons are valid throughout the year 2025 from the date of issuance and can only be redeemed for products sold by Queso Bakehouse (subject to availability).

  • Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.

 

5. Winner Selection and Notification

  • Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries using a fair and transparent process.

  • The winners will be announced on Queso Bakehouse's Instagram page and contacted via direct message within 48 hours after the Giveaway period ends.

  • Winners must respond to Queso Bakehouse's direct message within 72 hours to claim their prize, providing the requested details (e.g., full name, contact information, and address <if physical coupons are requested>). Failure to respond will result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.

6. Prize Redemption

  • Winners are responsible for safeguarding their coupons. If a coupon is lost, stolen, or misplaced, Queso Bakehouse will not provide a replacement coupon under any circumstances.

  • Coupons must be redeemed in accordance with Queso Bakehouse's standard terms and conditions.

7. Disqualification

  • Queso Bakehouse reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

    1. Violates these terms and conditions.

    2. Submits fraudulent, incomplete, or duplicate entries.

    3. Engages in fraudulent or unethical behavior, including the use of bots or fake accounts.

  • Disqualified participants will forfeit their chances of winning.

 

8. Publicity

  • By entering the Giveaway, participants grant Queso Bakehouse the right to use their name, Instagram handle, and any content submitted (e.g., comments, tags) for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

 

9. Limitations of Liability

  • Queso Bakehouse is not responsible for:

    • Technical issues, including but not limited to, lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries due to internet or platform failures.

    • Any loss, injury, or damage resulting from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance of the prize.

  • Participants enter the Giveaway at their own risk.

 

10. Disputes

  • In the event of any disputes or issues related to the Giveaway, Queso bakehouse will have the final decision of any dispute.
     

11. Instagram Disclaimer

  • This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

  • By participating, participants release Instagram from any responsibility related to the Giveaway.

 

12. Privacy Policy

  • By entering, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal information for the purposes of administering the Giveaway and contacting the winners.

  • Queso Bakehouse will not share personal information with unauthorized third parties.

 

13. Modification or Cancellation

  • Queso Bakehouse reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway at any time without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to technical issues, fraud, or other unforeseen circumstances.
