Our Lemon Meringue Cheesecake is a bright twist on a classic — creamy cheesecake with a zesty lemon filling, topped with fluffy, toasted meringue for the perfect balance of sweet and tart.

Ingredients:

Cream cheese, eggs, sugar, graham crackers, butter, flour, Valrhona  dark chocolate, and fine desiccated coconut.

Serving Instructions:

  • Servings: 9-16 slices

  • Best served chilled.

    • For a creamier texture: Keep in the fridge and let it sit for 10 minutes before serving.

    • For a firmer bite: Serve straight from the fridge without waiting.

  • Do not reheat.


Shelf Life and Cake Care:

  • Store in the fridge for up to 7 days.

  • For longer storage, freeze for up to 2 weeks.

  • Optional: The Valrhona chocolate topping can be easily removed by gently lifting it off the cake.

  • Pro Tip: For cleaner slices, use a heated knife. Run the knife under hot water or use a kitchen torch to slightly warm the blade before slicing.
